Breakfast: 1 x pc baguette with butter and ham & 1 x hard boiled egg.
Lunch: Pan fried Pork with some mash potato and some salad. My salad consist of cucumber, lettuce, spinach, beetroot leaves and holland radish leaves in red wine vinegar & olive oil dressing.
Dinner: Veggie soup with some pork balls cooked in chicken stock.
Exercise: 7 1/2 mins on a stationary bike, covering 4.1km.
